About me
Rita Ravado
Starting 2014 Rita is an instructor of Kizomba UrbanKiz direction. Along with the leading kizomba instructors, she organizes and conducts master-classes, creates performances, and takes part in the Ukrainian and international competitions, including assessment of those competitions in a role of a judge. Rita also shoots video-clips.
In 2015 Rita recorded her first kizomba-song in Ukrainian language. Afterwards, she created another 4 songs and became a welcomed guest at top kizomba-fests in Ukraine and abroad.
In 2016 Rita founded Ravado Studio – a studio for dancing and singing classes, including vocal training, as well as a recording studio.
Since 2021 she is West Coast Swing dancer, organizer of regular parties and master classes in Ukraine.
Since 2022, she has been teaching Kizomba Fusion in Alicante, Benidorm (Spain) with Javier Torres, including master classes at festivals. Organizer of Body & Soul Camp (WCS, Kizomba) in Spain.

In November 2016, Rita was awarded the Woman of the Third Millennium Prize in the nomination "Perspective of Ukraine". In March 2017 she entered the TOP-100 successful women of Ukraine for developing the creative sphere and realizing the potential at the highest level of the entire studio in Ukraine-Ravado Studio.

This festival started as an Kizomba Weekend, in 2018 and first instructors invited were the following guests: Cesar David Mataran Jimenez & Sandra Cervera from Spain, Joao N. Rocha & Giedre Lapaite from Portugal, Ruddy Cap Kizomba Jappont from France, and Nuno & Sarai from Portugal and Spain.
Then WelcomeKizz Competition with the directions for UrbanKiz/ Kizomba/ Tarraxinha/ Semba was held for the first time as well. And it was the first time ever when only the international instructors were judging the competition.

For the first time, Body & Soul 2022 was held in Calpe (Spain). The first instructors were all-star dancers Phillip & Ekaterina Wolff's, Miquel Menendez & Victoria Pavlenko, and Irina Polikovskaya.
